MY JOURNEY AS A NUTRITIONIST
I suffered five years of infertility as a result of my poor mindset and type A personality — A.K.A believing I was never enough. I always put societal’s expectations ahead of my needs then I decided that I need to learn to let go of my restrictive mindset.
This is when I started to study nutrition by reading books and going back to school to earn my degree.
Now, I have a family with two beautiful daughters.
Because of this, I started ADELZ to help women live their best lives.

Hello there,
I am Anastasiia, and I am so glad you found my website. If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist specializing in women's health, a mom and a wife, real food-obsessed, and I have a thing for coffee and avocados.
Why did I start this blog:
Years ago, in my early 20's, I went through the roller coaster of nutritional and training highs and lows. I got caught up in crazy diets and exercise routines to become healthy. As a result, I dealt with hormonal issues, was misdiagnosed with PCOS, lost my period, struggled with infertility, and was told that I won't have kids naturally. I suffered from an eating disorder and gastrointestinal issues… And the list, unfortunately, goes on.

I found Anastasiia through her Instagram account, and I’m so glad I did. Her posts really resonated with me. As a nurse and a mom of two little girls, I was constantly exhausted. I could barely get out of bed some mornings, and it felt impossible to show up for my family. Anastasiia ordered tests that revealed major issues with my cortisol, microbiome, and anemia. It wasn’t easy, but over eight months, we worked together to rebuild my health. She adjusted my protocol every few weeks, and now I feel like myself again. I have energy, no more bloating, and even my family’s eating habits have improved!
I’ve struggled with my relationship with food for as long as I can remember—years of dieting, counting calories, and feeling out of control. After working with Anastasiia, I finally feel at peace with food. I’ve stopped obsessing over numbers and instead pay attention to how I feel after eating. My digestion has improved, my periods are regular, and I feel like I’m finally in sync with my body. It’s been a life-changing experience.
